What matters most at EEAST
If we are to improve our culture and hit our key performance indicators to improve patient safety and experience, I need to listen to you and act on your feedback.
To achieve this I want to start a big conversation on how we treat each other and what matters most designed to improve our experience at work.
Over the coming weeks, we are hosting twelve face-to-face events and this online Big Conversation where we will explore our staff survey feedback and use the framework of our values to identify what matters most. I strongly encourage you to try and attend the event near you and look forward to learning from your insights. And if you can't, join this Big Conversation to have your say anywhere, anytime.
